Greet visitors and respond to inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
Handle incoming customer and internal calls from multi line phone
Interact daily with customers and office personnel
Assist with event planning, set up and clean up in Innovation Center.
Maintain company e-fax and forward incoming faxes to appropriate individuals.
Check company call out line and record.
Use Outlook database daily to enter information, monitor other user activity and run reports.
Ensure cleanliness of all approximate common areas
Ordering and stocking office supplies and coffee, keep areas stocked.
Assist other departments as needed
Email all submittal drawings to agents.
Complete tasks and other duties assigned
Strong oral and written communication skills
