Optaros by MRM//McCann is looking for a Client Partner to join our team. This person will focus on an existing portfolio of clients, account health, and client satisfaction, while partnering with the Project Managers on the day to day delivery and ownership of tasks in the SOW. The Client Partner is a Business Development role at it’s core and this person will be expected to identify new work streams within existing clients and to support Business Development.
Key Responsibilities and Role Break Down:
Focus on existing portfolio clients, account health and client satisfaction
Understand the Client business, organizational structure, business goals, objectives, budgets, and road maps in order to meet and exceed client expectations
Ultimately accountable for the Client relationship and client satisfaction
Ownership of account profitability of 55% or above, in partnership with project management and delivery
Strategic oversight of Project Manager and project team, project quality, and site implementations. Program and Project Management owns the delivery of statements of work
Strong leadership and team building skills
Ability to work across offices and timezones seamlessly
Provide team guidance, support, and course correction
Serve as a point of escalation for issue resolution
Form strong relationships with the global Client markets on a local level
Travel, as needed
Responsible for Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Account Plans
Establish relationships with Channel Partners (Magento, SFCC, Hybris) as assigned to the Client account
Client Business Development Role
Allow the existing Client Delivery team to focus on existing work and implementations (i.e. existing statement of works), while you look to expand the relationship into other, untapped divisions of Client
Network with Client executives
Responsible for Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Account Plans
Establish relationships with Channel Partners (Magento, Shopify, Hybris) assigned to the Client account
Update Salesforce on a weekly basis, and oversee account burn in partnership with finance and the delivery team
Business Development and Channel Partner Management
Mastery of Optaros/MRM offerings in order to sell in new services, projects, and phases
Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in order to propose What’s Next and Art Of The Possible
Ability to tap the broader MRM/McCann network in order to foster growth and an integrated offering
Maintain pipeline and forecast by leveraging Salesforce and Projector
Hit annual revenue target of 2 million with ongoing growth of 10 – 20%
Strong mastery of project financials and opportunities
Own revenue forecast and monitor project burn (burn owned by project management)
Establish relationships with channel partner sales team, as relevant to client opportunities (Magento, Hybris, SFCC).
Share capabilities, case studies, and wins in order to generate visibility and leads
Work with Marketing to case studies and white papers
