The big task
After a service call has been booked by our customer service team, you will evaluate the customer calls and send the right technician to each customer, every time. The goal is to meet or exceed revenue goals for the department.
Key sub tasks
Learn the business and learn how to prioritize customer calls
Ensure a quality customer experience by providing technicians with the information they need before they arrive on the doorstep
Clearly communicate to the customer the timing of service calls to fit the customer needs and optimize the efficiency of the technicians day
Become an expert in the software tools that support our business processes
Participate in the best and on-going training so that you grow and develop as a professional
Work directly with the service manager and call center to properly organize the technicians schedules
If you can achieve the above and you will find it fun and challenging then you have just the right amount of skills!
Previous phone/customer service
Ability to multi task at a high pace
HVAC knowledge or home service experience preferred but not required
