Job Description: GO2 Partners is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team in Cincinnati. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for assisting a high performing outside sales consultant by handling customer orders, questions, and concerns with speed and professionalism and interacting daily with customers, internal sales team and employees, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and superior customer service skills with excellent organizational, communication, and decision making skills.

The candidate must:
Complete all aspects of customer service including inbound/outbound calls, order entry, order processing, and order follow up
Prepare customer quotes, presentations, and other documentation for sales consultant
Review all customer orders ensure completeness, coordinate customer orders information with internal departments, and work with client through proofing process
Communicate accurate order status information to customers via email and telephone, including information on shipping, back orders, general product information, and payment receipts
Communicate effectively with manager and sales consultant regarding project status, concerns, and/or complaints
Perform other duties as assigned such as answering phones, assisting with customer quotes, and addressing client concerns or complaints
Help to create a cohesive work environment and a positive ’employee owned team’ culture.
The candidate will:
Have a minimum of two years’ customer service experience; background in print distribution, label, or marketing industry strongly preferred
Be a self-driven, critical thinker with the ability to manage complex, custom client projects
Have outstanding multi-tasking and organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Be proactive in utilizing effective strategies to meet client and internal deadlines
Display a strong work ethic and a “get the job done” positive attitude
Be a quick learner with a strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and problem solving abilities
Demonstrate superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player
Have strong technology aptitude and computer skills; computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
