Our Fortune 500 client is looking for Customer Care Advisor in Dayton OH
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
2+ years business management/operational experience
Associate degree preferred
Ability to use phone system and other traditional office equipment
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office. Will interact with proprietary systems including custom client applications/websites
Strong attention to detail – must effectively listen to callers while notating the inquiry; also need to accurately compare and verify information across program reports, websites and files
Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to learn, understand and support multiple programs.
Proficient in navigating websites and explaining program rules.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers and participants. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely
Ability to perform accurately and courteously when work speed and sustained attention are necessary
Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions and when dealing with a wide range of personalities
Demonstrate professional image that reflects positively on client and our clients
Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as needed
Ability to understand and follow safety/security practice
Strong customer service background a must, preferably with an emphasis on website help-desk services
