Provide customer service to support the Institution by operating the switchboard and responding to customer inquiries along with assisting the bookkeeping department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES:
Place postage on all outgoing mail.
Handle all safe deposit box responsibilities.
Scan and index all deposit account documents.
Answer and disperse all calls through switchboard.
Reconcile corresponding bank statements
Input General Ledger descriptions into core system
Prepare bank statements for mailing
Review and resolve incoming and outgoing suspicious transactions within institution
Upkeep address changes and returned mail
Excellent communication skills.
Good computer skills
Ability to multi-task.

High level of confidentiality
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Experience with switchboard operation
Experience in customer service
Ability to pass a background and credit check
