Description:

The Customer Service Representative processes orders, payments and credits, reviews customer accounts weekly for compliance with credit terms, communicates with customers and sales team on a regular basis to ensure we are consistently providing quality and service.. This hourly position has constant contact with other employees, customers, and management. Must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when speaking with others and be as helpful as possible in answering questions and solving problems. Appearance and attitude must be professional.

Essential Duties:

*Process incoming orders from customers. These orders may come in via phone, email, or fax
*Research and resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns
*Maintain menus on a weekly basis
*Acquire and maintain excellent product knowledge
*Communicate with buyers to ensure product will be available for customers
*Assist in other administrative tasks, as needed

Qualifications:

*Position requires a HS diploma or GED and minimum 1 year previous Customer Service experience. College degree preferred.
*Requires skills/abilities to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
*Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to speak in a friendly and professional manner
*Some marketing or graphics experience helpful
*Ability to operate a personal computer and other standard office equipment as well as appropriate software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Access)

**Schedule will be working Friday through Sunday 16 to 24 hours per week working 3:30pm to Midnight**
