IT Support Analyst – Finance Focused Role – BattelCreek, MI- 6 Months Contract
Responsible for isolating, diagnosing and restoring service for interruption of IT services and applications for Finance, escalating to higher levels of support where needed. Diagnose application problems as reported by users. System administration, storage management and job scheduling management.
– Experience providing support for Anaplan, including but not limited to:
o Designing, building and troubleshooting Anaplan models (Actions, Dashboards, Modules, Lists, etc.)
o User account provisioning
o Data Integrations (mappings, source/target schema, etc.)
– MS Office Advanced
– Problem Solving Intermediate
– Unix OS and/or Windows OS Intermediate
– Excellent Communication and Customer Service
– Experience using ServiceNow or similar platform
– ITIL Certified
– IBM Job Scheduler (Tivoli)
– IBM Sterling/B2BI
– Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL
– Experience supporting Sales, Finance or Logistics systems (TPM, CRM, BPC, DLX, Verilogic, Egemin)
– Experience supporting Business Intelligence/Analytics platforms (BW, BOBJ, Data Services, Tableau)

Divestiture taking place this year – will help support of additional volume and requests that come out way

In Battle Creek have close to 20 support team analysts and they would work with these individuals on a day to day basis

Ability to understand basics of incident management
Jump between different teams and supporting different areas – flexible and able to adapt
Will not be providing deep expertise in any particular area
Learn many different systems and support areas

IT focused – some additional incidents on VDI/ the next day could be on Tableau BLX – do not need expertise just the incident management and basic troubleshooting – pass along to the experts if cannot solve – CRM/Verilogic
Finance – this is going to be connected to financial systems – more knowledge about Anaplan (budgeting and financial planning) – may be pulled into other generic support
Primary support system is ServiceNow – Digital Concierge – Skype call to work through solutions or even using Skype messaging – occasionally there will be calls but that is usually done by the service desk
-Training – first will be trained on overall process – introduction to ServiceNow, communication, procedures – and then will determine what systems need the most help and will be trained on those specific systems – rotational until decided what needs the most support
-Is Anaplan required – YES; not really any similar tools on the market that would provide enough knowledge – any support in Finance HBC and Hyperion
