Who we are:
We are the nation’s largest Bath Fitter franchise. To put that into perspective, let’s talk numbers. Just last year, we did 15 THOUSAND installations to improve the aesthetic and functionality of people’s bathrooms, consequently improving their lives. That equates to $100 MILLION in sales in 2018 (a portion of which was given back to our community). While we have established territory across 14 different states (nearly 30% of the ENTIRE country), we are endlessly expanding and we need YOUR contribution to pump up those numbers.

We need people persons. Did you know it only takes 7 seconds for a first impression to be established during a phone call? We need leaders. We need people who will take control. We need people who are driven to contribute to their own personal missions as well as ours as a company.
What we offer:
Training.Lots of training. One week in a classroom followed by one week on-the-floor training. We want you to succeed and we want to make sure you have what you need to step out there with your game face on.
Benefits.Right off the bat, you get 6 paid holidays each year. After 90 days of full-time employment, you are eligible for our benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, paid personal and sick time, and more.
Casual environment.Yeah, we still mean business, but we have found the perfect balance between business and casual to increase productivity.
Room for advancement.We want you to grow. We do evaluations every 30 days to assess your performance to get you moving up quickly.
Make your own pay.You get an hourly rate (with a shift differential) PLUS an uncapped bonus structure so YOU decide what you make.
What we require:
Reliable transportation.This is our only call center in our entire territory (that makes it pretty exclusive).
Proficiency using the English language.Ability to speak/understand Spanish is a plus.
Computer literacy.You don’t need to be a tech guru, but familiarity with PC and Microsoft Office is preferred.
