Overview

We are seeking a Call Center Representatives for a open enrollment period!
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Hourly Rate: $14 – $15/hour
Hours: M-F 8am – 8pm (8-hour shift, must be flexible for any shift between those hours!)
Contract for 6+ months – possibility of top performers going perm!

Responsibilities:
Manager a high volume of inbound calls from members regarding health insurance
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
?Qualifications:
2+ years of call center xperience is required
previous healthcare experience preferred
Upbeat, personable, and professionalism is highly important
Tech savvy
