Overview

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join us in our offices in Fort Mill, SC! . The Service Coordinator will work with internal and external customers to coordinate HVAC reactive and preventative service requests. You will be responsible for a given district, assisting our customers by quoting, ordering parts, and dispatching the appropriate service personnel, providing product and service information and resolving technical issues by directly communicating with the customer.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Prepare quotes, order parts in an effort to effectively provide service to DOC’s HVAC customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns as it relates to the HVAC customer base
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, sales, or other related fields
Prior experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration industry will be a definite PLUS!
Ability to build rapport with clients – external and internal
Excel in the ability to prioritize and multitask
Be a self-starter, disciplined, positive and professional professional in all communication, written and verbal
Strong in MS Office, especially Excel
High School Diploma or equivalent required
