Our client, a large investment bank is seeking CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Become the first point of contact for users
Answer incoming calls, track all information in system
Resolve conflicts and issues
Produce accurate detailed documentation to the client
Listen to customers to gain understanding of situations
Your Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
BA degree or experience within similar role
