A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your extreme organization skills to deliver world-class customer service. You will work as part of a dynamic team to exceed customer expectations by assisting in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching field technicians so they can accomplish the highest quality service and installation every time. By working closely with the field managers and dispatch team you will help the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals. You will use your strong written and verbal communication skills daily, and your ability to work with minimal supervision will ensure success in this position.
What you Need to be Qualified for this Job
Prior dispatch/customer service experience is desired however, this is an entry level position and we will train the right person. The individual perfect for this position can think and execute decisions quickly and can work efficiently with minimal supervision. You’ll be engaging with our highly valuable customers on a daily basis, so it is vital that you provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company policy and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. While you are talking to them, you’ll also be selling them our services, so sales skills are a must. You’ll also be communicating with technicians to assign them to specific jobs per work order information so interpersonal skills will be valuable as you work with fellow employees. You’ll need to know how to use the tools of the trade, that means phone and computer skills. An ability to read and write English is a must, however bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
