Shift: Full Time 7am – 3pm
Mandatory Paid Training: 7am to 3pm for two weeks

What We Need:
Experience in customer service preferred
Computer proficient, tech savvy and can type 35 WPM
Upbeat and positive attitude
Comfortable taking inbound calls
Able to work off of two monitors
What You’ll Do:
Accept inbound calls from customers
Answer questions about in-vehicle navigation systems
Provide walkthroughs to resolve technical issues
Upsell current customers with navigation upgrades
Provide top notch customer support and service
