We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers over the phone by providing service information and booking appointments.
General Accountability
Provide excellent customer service to all clients/customers
Take appointments over the phone and input the information in our system
Determines and schedules services according to urgency
Contacts Inventory Manager to verify availability of parts and equipment to ensure scheduled work performance
Informs techs of type and location of work to be performed
Attention to detail is critical
Meets challenges resourcefully
Exhibits patience and persistence in the face of obstacle
Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members. Maintains friendly, helpful demeanor.
Refers to appropriate person or department as needed, and/or arranges for service.
Schedules, assigns and prioritizes workloads.
Ensures timely completion of department’s work.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School or equivalent Combined experience
1-2 years related job experience preferred but not required
Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Customer service at a dealership
