Around Six plus years of experience in IT industry includes 3 to 5 years of experience inSalesforce.com CRM Platform
Strong Knowledge in Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration experience for both classic and lightning.
Experience in Creating Roles, Profiles, Email Templates, Page Layouts, Workflows, Workflow Actions and Approval Process.
Experience in leading testing and creating detailed process documentation and deployment processes
Extensive business knowledge on various salesforce.com standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Cases, Leads, and Campaigns, and building custom objects
Building Forecasting, Reports and Dashboard capabilities is key.
Hands on experience with managing data: uploads, extracts, ETL tools etc
Hands on experience with data management and handling merging accounts and duplicate account clean utilizing tools such as clear MDM
Experience working in a scrum team and understand Agile methodology for user story delivery and sprint work.
Experience working with business unit team members and configuring Salesforce.com to meet business requirements as well as finalizing/approving acceptance criteria.
Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal skills, Team player with ability to work effectively with all levels of organization and individually as well. Willingness to share information, train and mentor SFDC admins in training.
Experience working with DOMO is preferred.
Experience working with Marketing Cloud.
Coding Apex on SFDC
Use of Ant scripts for configuration promotion from one environment to the other
Use of tools such as DBAmp for data upload
