<p>The&nbsp;Implementation Specialist</b>&nbsp;is responsible for the configuration of new orders for clients (Partners, BUs, Dealers, LSPs etc.). This is not limited to, but primarily includes: data integration(imports), data verification, syndication (exports) and front-line product support.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Implementation Specialist will also have the responsibility of recommending solutions and resolving problems for our clients based off their configuration in our system as it relates to other services, as well as troubleshooting, tracking, and documenting technical issues/configurations.&nbsp;</p><p><br /></p><p>The Implementation Specialist&nbsp; will maintain solid client relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Excellent communication and data entry skills are essential. The Implementation Specialist II must be highly motivated and able to work as an individual and as part of a team.</p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Specific Responsibilities:</b></p></p><p></p><p>Manage multiple account configurations through completion.</p></li><p>Knowledge of proper ticket and order documentation SOPs as well as best practices</p></li><p>Analyze current account conditions as well as client requests to effectively communicate recommendations and configure the account based on those recommendations.</p></li><p>Gather all necessary information for account configuration from the client or their third parties.</p></li><p>Imports – Configure and analyze inventory data in IOL based on client requirements. This includes using multiple data sources for a dealer and even possibly different data sources depending on the client ordering the data.</p></li><p>Exports – Configure exports, and work with clients and third party vendors to confirm proper distribution of inventory.</p></li><p>Gain familiarity with Relational Database structure</p></li><p>Become familiar with Data Transfer methodologies (FTP, API etc.)</p></li><p>Take ownership of customer inquiries and requests, including identifying issues and related information, obtaining and evaluating relevant data, formulating resolution, and responding in a timely and accurate manner.</p></li><p>Develop and conduct training as needed for internal and external customers on the proper and effective use of company software and internet-based products and services.</p></li><p>Ability to comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.&nbsp;</p></li><p>Ability to effectively communicate via email, chat, phone and internal ticketing system.</p></li><p>Ability to effectively present information to customers, co-workers, supervisors on a one-on-one basis.&nbsp;</p></li><p>Develop and maintain a strong understanding of HomeNet products and business.</p></li><p>Show the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties and responsibilities as the department and company changes.&nbsp;</p></li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Requires a results-driven self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English professionally, as well as communicate with all types of users, technical and non-technical.</li><li>Requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of various computer applications including experience with business support applications such as MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel) required.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in a team environment, multi-task, effectively solve problems in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, and assist others as applicable.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>A working knowledge of the following technologies: various web browsers (FF, IE, Chrome, etc.); SQL; XML; FTP; API; various Operating Systems (OS; Windows; Linux, etc.) is preferred.</li><li>Hours are extended and varied; must have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule and work overtime as needed.</li><li>Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.</li></ul><br /><p><strong>About Cox Automotive</strong></p><p>Cox Automotive Inc. makes buying, selling and owning cars easier for everyone, while also enabling mobility services.
