<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br /><b>About the Position: The position supports independent analysis of financial management and program budget. Responsible for programming, budgeting, formulation, integration, justification, and execution of wide range of programs within the Army appropriations (Operation and Maintenance, Army (OMA).
