Investigate and resolve system vulnerabilities on Windows 7 and 10, iOS and Android. Apply operating System security patches and updates. Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.<br /><br /><strong>In addition to the basic requirements: </strong>All applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-9 level (ZP-II). Specialized experience is defined as experience supporting Windows, iOS & Android operating systems in an enterprise environment, Bomgar experience, ServiceNow experience, IBM Maas360 & BigFix experience, CompTIa A+, Security +, Dell Endpoint Technician and ITIL Foundation v3 certifications. <br /><br />Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
