Effectively manage the flow of information prior to external dissemination.</li> <li>Serve as an internal consultant to the Chief of Staff, Office of Management, on critical functions or complex programs to include guidance and standard operation procedure documents for impact on current Office of Management programs, policies, and operations.</li> <li>Work independently or with sub offices to effectively manage Congressional and time-sensitive controlled correspondence to ensure responses are complete, accurate, and punctual.</li> <li>Maintain and manage the Assistant Secretary of Management and Principle Deputy Assistant Secretary of Management's calendar by working with other front office staff and outside stakeholders.</li> <li>Provide program oversight for Assistant Secretary and Principle Deputy Assistant Secretary's travel to include booking travel and submitting vouchers upon return.</li> <li>Assemble read ahead materials for briefing. Review materials for conciseness and ensure materials reflect objectives of briefings. </li> <li>Serve as coordinator of critical and sensitive office activities.
