Emmes offers support for the entire process of clinical trials from study design and protocol development through data analysis and manuscript generation. <br /><br /><strong> Primary Purpose </strong> <br /><br />Emmes is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to assist with administrative support and training activities for numerous clinical trials on substance use disorders. General support activities include (and are not limited to) producing and managing study documentation, organizing project conference calls and meetings, maintaining website content, database content, coordinating project communications, and assisting with the development of project processes. In addition to general support, this role assists with coordination of clinical research training activities. <br /><br /><strong> Responsibilities </strong> <br /> <ul> <li> Support a help desk, create schedules, assign staff IDs for clinic staff and create reports for sponsor <br /> </li> <li> Assist with project deadlines in collaboration with the supervising administrative coordinator, team members, and project leadership <br /> </li> <li> Facilitate communications and deliverables with internal and external clients <br /> </li> <li> Assist with the editing, formatting, and distribution of technical reports, manuals, and presentations <br /> </li> <li> Prepare written materials for client meetings <br /> </li> <li> Participate in establishing and maintaining project and corporate procedures and processes <br /> </li> <li> Manage electronic project files and archives <br /> </li> <li> Organize and coordinate all aspects of conference calls and meetings <br /> </li> <li> Maintain client website content for study and training materials <br /> </li> <li> Provide day-to-day coordination between operational staff <br /> </li> <li> Assist with the development, implementation, coordination and monitoring of administrative functions essential to the project <br /> </li> <li> Compose routine and non-technical documents <br /> </li> </ul> <br /> <strong> Experience: </strong> <br /> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience <br /> </li> <li> High level of organization and ability to prioritize; attention to detail <br /> </li> <li> Consistency in meeting deadlines <br /> </li> <li> Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite products and Portable Document Format software products <br /> </li> <li> Priority will be given to applicants who also have some of the following additional skills: Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, experience with updating websites, and working with web/video conferencing applications. <br /> </li> </ul> <br /><strong> CONNECT WITH US!! </strong><br /><br />Follow us on Twitter – EmmesCRO <br /><br />Find us on LinkedIn – The EMMES Company <br /><br />The EMMES Company, LLC is an equal opportunity affirmative action employer and does not discriminate in its selection and employment practices.
