Job Type: 60-90 day contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday (normal business hours)
Location: Franklin, TN (Cool Springs area)
Inbound/Outbound calls to assist customers in order to collect balances after insurance by credit card or check over the phone, set up payment arrangements, or encourage the customer to send payment to the hospital.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receive inbound calls from patients regarding payments and answer questions regarding bills. Some outbound calls will be made.
Analyze customer accounts in order to assist with questions
Effectively communicate with customers, teammates and management
Work as a team, assisting others as needed
Responsible for submitting time edits, reviewing and approving time cards, and reviewing paystubs each pay period to ensure that all rates and deductions are calculated correctly.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training
Prior call center, retail/sales, professional experience is helpful
