We are seeking a Customer Service Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Handle walk in customers, sign them in and out as they pick up their items.
Provide information about the services, help new clients fill out agreement, measure items.
Answer phones, and emails.
Handle scheduling requests, changes, and update schedule.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer knowledge
