Our Merchant Advocates are there to speak with recently funded customers to ensure all of their needs are being met and to educate them on our products and assist in the renewal process. Our customers love getting their questions answered and getting accurate information to run their businesses from knowledgeable and professional people who care.

What will you be doing?
Following up with recently funded customers
Advise Merchants and discuss renewal options
Work with Sales and Operations on processes and procedures
Respond to all customers in a timely manner
Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate employee/department
Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls
