After a decade, we at Curry Warehouses have decided to restart warehousing operations. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative to staff our warehouse office and provide an exceptional level of service to our new customers. You will be responsible for communicating with our warehousing and logistics customers and performing supporting activities to ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Enter pertinent data for inbounds, outbounds, and internal movements of products into warehouse management system
Enter pertinent data into our client’s SAP system
Coordinate with warehouse operators to ensure smooth flow of products
Perform cycle counting
Outbound dispatching for customer products
Occasional operation of forklift (training will be provided)
Perform other duties required to ensure seamless operations within the warehouse
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Previous experience working in a warehouse/logistics environment
Previous experience with warehouse management software and SAP
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Previous experience with Adobe Acrobat
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work remotely if needed
Ability to arrive promptly for shift
Ability to be on-call

All new employees will be hired on a 90-day probationary period, after which time your performance will be evaluated in a face-to-face meeting.
