Quartz is growing! We are seeking exceptional Customer Service professionals to provide friendly and accurate assistance to our customers, via telephone, chat, web, written correspondence, and in person. Quartz offers paid training and a business casual work environment.

We are seeking exceptional Customer Service professionals to provide friendly and accurate assistance to our customers, via telephone, chat, web, written correspondence, and in person. Quartz offers paid training and a business casual work environment. This position will require a candidate who possesses skills that include:

Excellent listening skills
Organized
People oriented and the willingness to be helpful
Ability to multitask
Detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work well in a team environment
Excellent attendance
Ability to learn and navigate through multiple computer applications

Qualified candidates will possess the following job requirements:
1+ year of customer service or call center experience
Computer experience and moderate knowledge of personal computer software applications such as Microsoft programs.
Health insurance experience is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required
This position will start on Monday, August 5th for training in our Onalaska office.

Available schedule hours:
9 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5 pm Friday OR
9:30am – 6pm, Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm Friday

Applicants will have the option to work full-time from one of two offices in either Sauk City, WI or Madison, WI.
