Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Cyber Analyst<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Serve as a subject matter expert and the Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Cyberspace and Multi-Domain Innovation Division (CM) liaison to the AFCO Directorate of Operations. Collaborate with AFCO CM counterparts to develop Air Force ISR Cyberspace operations, capabilities, and workforce. Apply knowledge of Cyberspace systems, operations, and intelligence support requirements to ensure success of Air Force contributions to national agencies and Combatant Commands. Ensure ISR Cyberspace operations are incorporated into AF processes, documents, and doctrine and that they support the full spectrum of Cyberspace operations planning, synchronization, deconfliction, and coordination. Assist AFCO CM with integrating and synchronizing Cyber-related training and establishing ISR capabilities to enhance Air Component, Combatant Command, and Major Command Cyberspace operations. Advise on the development of Cyber-focused ISR professionals to enhance mission effectiveness and provide rewarding career opportunities. Produce and present high-quality papers and briefings to senior AF leadership.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-10+ years of experience with conducting or managing Cyberspace operations enabling ISR operations<br /><br />-Experience with developing, interpreting, implementing, or inspecting the implementation of national and AF Cyberspace and ISR policy, directives, and guidance<br /><br />-Experience with conducting national agency or Air Force staff actions, including the development of operational instructions, bullet background papers, memos, Air Force instructions, or other DoD or national agency policy manuals and directives<br /><br />-Knowledge of Air Force ISR systems, missions, and intelligence requirements supporting Cyberspace operations<br /><br />-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph<br /><br />-AA or AS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with Cyber Mission Forces planning, operations, and training preferred<br /><br />-Experience as a staff or action officer at the AF Wing headquarters-level or higher preferred<br /><br />-Experience with managing cryptologic intelligence production<br /><br />-Experience in working with USCYBERCOM and associated operations<br /><br />-Knowledge of intelligence requirements processes<br /><br />-Knowledge of IC and USCYBERCOM organizations<br /><br />-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
