Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance Analyst<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Apply broad comprehension of Cybersecurity policy and strategy analysis and consulting throughout the DoD issuance process. Analyze Cybersecurity policies, programs, and implementation guidance and standards for government and ind us try security compliance, systems authorization, and management. Analyze the documentation, roles and responsibilities, and processes necessary to ensure systems meet security requirements. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-8+ years of experience with analyzing the development of Cybersecurity or information assurance policies, strategies, or equivalent issuances<br />-4+ years of experience with information assurance, security practices, critical infrastructure risk analysis<br />-Experience with Micro sof t Word and Excel<br />-Experience with supporting a DoD-level organization, including action officer duties and staffing processes or tools, including CATMS or JSAP<br />-Experience with briefing clients and team members on te chn ical, policy , and functional issues<br />-Top Secret clearance<br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-4+ years of experience with information assurance, security practices, and critical infrastructure risk analysis<br />-Experience with risk analysis<br />-Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications<br />-Knowledge of Joint instructions and manuals<br />-Knowledge of the appropriate roles, responsibilities, and processes us ed to manage and respond to vulnerabilities identified in operational DoD IT sof tware, firmware, and hardware<br />-Knowledge of communications security (COMSEC) policies, roles, and responsibilities<br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills<br />-Possession of excellent organizational skills<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
