Real Estate Specialist<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Work under general supervision and as guided by basic plan, schedule, and budget determinations and perform complex facility planning and scheduling tasks. Maintain responsibility for the definition of requirements and the selection of approaches to the solution. Develop new or unusual solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities and construction trades. Estimate, plan, schedule, and prepare layouts, coordinate and provide follow-up, and report on major facility and maintenance projects, new construction, and modifications. Prepare facilities estimates and site proposals for management review for cost and feasibility. Plan and schedule approved projects for completion by in-house personnel and outside contractors and coordinate all phases between user, plant resources, outside vendors, and contractors to accomplish preferred results in an economic and timely manner. Conduct follow-up on cost, budget, job control, material, tools, and related items that pertains to projects and compile and present reports regarding schedule progress, cost analysis, and forecast.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-5+ years of experience with facilities, project management, or real estate<br /><br />-Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel<br /><br />-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph<br /><br />-HS diploma or GED required<br /><br />Clearance:<br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
