Overview

Responsibilities:
• Responds to moderately complex customer inquiries and requests.
• Servicing customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling caller’s requests; maintaining database.
• Do accurate and timely documentation and follow up as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education: High School or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of MS Office products.
• Good written and verbal skills, professional telephone skills.
