Calling all Call Center Reps!
Do you like helping customers and have experience in a call center environment? Our client, located in Braselton, GA is seeking qualified individuals to join their growing organization. We are seeking several Customer Service Representatives with Call Center experience to work at this dynamic company! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Start Date: July 15th

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and handle all customer inquiries completely and accurately via Phone, Email and/or Chat as determined by the business needs
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Hours: must be flexible to work between 7am-10pm Monday through Sunday
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
6+months experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of computers, office software, email and chat. Technical Aptitude is a plus
Bilingual is a plus!
