Requirements
Excellent customer service that is always delivered with a smile
Excellent typing skills and communication skills
Excellent follow-up skills.
Quick learner of computer software and ability to multi-task
True desire to ensure our customers’ needs are met
Enjoy working in a team environment
Transportation and intermodal knowledge beneficial but not required
System Requirements:
Home computer with internet access. No cell phone or wifi permitted.
Computer headset for taking calls.
Home phone with no special features such as voicemail, call forwarding, or call waiting.
Must have a quiet work enviornment or home office preferred.
Available Hours Calls are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Peak call volume occurs Saturday and Sunday between 12:10 AM to 04:40 PM ET. Independent contractors set their own hours, whether full-time, part-time, or temporary, it is up to you.
Must be able to pass a background check.
