Overview

Responsibilities:
Call customers who have received service at a service center
Complete customer response reports
Create incident reports for Brand Specialists
Schedule and maintain requests for mobile technical service
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Prior customer call center or customer service experience preferred
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic data entry skills
Good organizational skills
Excellent follow-up skills

Expected hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
