Position Summary
This position partners with the sales organization responsible for assisting in business development activities, including prospecting and securing new business opportunities, sales lead follow-up and the management of customers
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Assists Account Executives with on-site account analysis at customer locations
• Data entry
• Completes debriefs after every analysis
• Prepares strategies, proposals & quarterly reviews for the Sales Team
• Conducts research projects, bios, prospecting lists
• Performs account audits, debriefs and inventory updates
• Creates financial documents
• Data analysis, requesting info, digging up details and preparing presentations
• Complete contracts and deal paperwork
• Augment customer relationship building
• Responsible for large nationwide account pre-sales needs and requires regular nationwide travel
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer relation skills
• Background in customer service
• Strong self-motivator
• Client facing or field work experience
• Independent and hard working
• Strong time management & organization skills
• Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by FlexPrint
• Intermediate computer knowledge* MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
