Overview

DSI Systems Inc. is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist. This is a support position in which you will play a key part in a team supporting AT&T for Business and DIRECTV across the nation. This is an operational role requiring good customer service, organizational skills, and punctuality.
Responsibilities
Taking inbound calls from various AT&T Partners/sellers and answering questions regarding all aspects of the sales/operational process.
Managing a to:do list of action items generated throughout the workday and ensuring your ability to complete each item.
Ability to work in a high-pace environment and work as a part of a team to achieve results.
Qualifications
Previous customer support or customer facing work experience required
Willingness to learn something new and perform at a high level
Accountability and punctuality are key to this role
Dynamic, highly-motivated individual with the integrity and passion to succeed
Previous TV/Telecom/IT experience is a plus, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus
