Kforce’s Langhorne, PA automotive client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to the Plant Manager and Personnel Director for a long-term, renewable contract position. This position will be an open-ended contract position. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. This position is responsible for managing the office operations at the automotive facility.

Responsibilities include:
* New Employees onboarding / offboarding
* Assist staff with Off-boarding and On-boarding-checklist, order phone, name tags, cubicle name plate, etc.
* Org Chart
* Employee Profiles
* Access Audit Review / maintain all documentation required for quarterly mail in audits for ORM
* Flex Chart Training Data Base and JIT books
* Change Control Process
* ICE- In Case of Emergency Contact List
* Salary mailing list
* Order all toners through HP and set up
* Purchase all CMS labels, placards for International- maintain cabinet on floor
* Supply room replenish / purchase on Workplace Solutions and credit card as needed
* Expense reports for all salary
* Travel arrangements for all salary
* Daily Transaction reports / Mismatch Reports / Reports for union as requested
* Annual Data Integrity Report
* Badging process for new employees / deactivations / reactivations
* Personnel letters / documents
* Maintain incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintain calendars for vacations, visitors, meetings, birthdays
* Send reminders for meetings/events to staff /create BPD calendar and send invites
* Salary OT weekly report
* Special assignments as needed
* End of Month Invoice Reconciliation to Financial
* Salary Overtime Accrual
* Salary vacation reconciliation
* Salary Headcount Report

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
* 3-5 years’ previous experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Professional demeanor and positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills
