RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH THE INFORMATION THEY NEED TO
SERVICE THEIR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE.
TRAIN SERVICE STAFF USING BEST PRACTICES IN UPSELLING,
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND BRAND PROMOTION.
MANAGE THE WORK ORDER SYSTEM THROUGH OUT THE PROCES
OF THE JOBS.
INSTRUCT CUSTOMERS ON THE OPERATION, CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CAMPER.
INCREASE SALES ACROSS ALL CHANELS THROUGH EFFECTIVE HIRING,
TRAINING, AND MANAGEMENT APPROACHES.
