Job Responsibilities
Build candidate pools by researching and using community services, colleges, job fairs, online employment and social media sites;
Determine candidate requirements by reviewing client’s job description and job qualifications;
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements using newsgroups and job board websites;
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements;
Arrange candidate interviews;
Conduct telephone screenings and in-person interviews with candidates;
Ensure completion of all candidate employment documentation;
Conduct onsite tours and onboarding services.
Job Requirements
Previous recruiting experience desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social networking
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
Highly organized and able to multi-task and adapt based on company’s and clients’ needs
Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
