Overview

Customer service is a vital part of a positive customer experience and is extremely important to keeping
the great reputation Sonic Alert has maintained for 40 years. It can secure a customer for life and can
act as a gauge to customer satisfaction and company performance. The successful candidate for this
position will have a strong command of Sonic Alert’s customer service policies and must have great
product knowledge that will be critical to offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Responsibilities:
Answers all customer service requests via phone, e-mail or in person.
Enter all call information into NetSuite ERP.
Manage products returns and send out warranty units.
Understand all customer service policies in great detail.
Learn the functionality of all Sonic Alert products.
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding customer service issues, product failures
and customer concerns.
Process customer???s returns, warranty replacements and orders according to established
department policies and procedures. Must work with all Sonic Alert employees closely to ensure customers are receiving the best
support possible.
Willing to support all departments of the company.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Skills:
A minimum of three years customer experience is required.
Must have a positive attitude.
Desire to help those with disabilities and the elderly.
The ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing.
Pleasant telephone manner and must have tremendous patience. .
I can do” approach to work.
Knowledge of computers; specifically, experience in Microsoft Office and NetSuite is preferable.
Superior organizational skills and accuracy are required.
Excellent problem solving and people skills also required.
