Superior Plastic Products is looking for a Customer Service Representative to play a key role in serving our customers. Superior Plastic Products and its affiliated companies manufacture aluminum and vinyl railing and fence products as well as distribute building materials to the LBM Industry. For almost 40 years our focus has been providing quality building products to the residential and commercial markets. As a company, we are interested in people who want to be problem solvers, treat others with respect and bring quality to the decision-making process.
Our Inside Sales Rep Will…
Provide excellent customer service
Answer telephone sales inquiries
Assist customers with pricing and quotes
Writeup customer orders
Process orders – including follow through on back orders and returned materials
Address customer complaints courteously & professionally
Document all customer information using our CRM
Provide support to our sales and marketing team

Detailed: Able to accurately take and process customer orders.
Computer Skills: Able to learn software, use MS Office products and type efficiently
Knowledgeable: Has at least one year of experience working in sales and/or customer service. Knowledge of the fencing industry is a plus.
