Job Details for Customer Service Representative:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, several shifts available (8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm)
Pay Rate: $14-16 per hour
Temporary to Permanent Hire!
Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:
Handle 60+ incoming calls per day
Place orders for new and existing customers
Update customer payment information
Gain valuable knowledge of products and provide information to customers

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
Must be fluent in English AND Spanish
1-2 years experience with high call-volume call center
Must have customer service experience
High School diploma required
