Call Center Representative

Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Call Center Representative to help provide information to customers in response to inquiries and resolve complaints. In this role you will be responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer solutions, and provide follow-up.

Complete inbound and outbound calls- average 125+ calls a day (split between two people).
Resolve customer service or billing complaints- refunding money, adjusting bills.
Notify customers of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to other departments for further investigation.
Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, plus actions taken.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2-4 years customer service-related experience is required.
Experience in a call center environment with a switchboard.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to accurately input data and information.
Proficient with MS Outlook and data entry software.
