The work is primarily answering questions for incoming callers….the longer you’re in the job the more advanced the questions you’ll be asked to field. You’ll also be communicating via email as well. You’ll receive excellent training each step of the way!
Our client is hiring direct – and you’ll get a premium benefit package, including an ORCA transit card!!!! Starting pay rate is $16.88/hr.
Your Daily Work includes….
Answer and document all calls using the client’s automated computer system
Reply to emails
Provide general assistance as needed
Answer routine questions
Enroll callers in benefit programs, review job contracts, provide information on educational and training programs
To be considered for this Career Opportunity, you’ll need ….
1 year of Customer Service experience
Basic computer skills – MS Excel and Word
The ability to talk and write to a wide range of callers with ease
Fluent in English and Russian, or Arabic, or Korean, or Vietnamese, or another language
