1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Industry certifications CPO, CPSS or greater preferred
3. One year related experience

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service experience
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Patient check In/check-out timely and efficiently
Collects patient co-pays deductible according to financial policy/procedure
Working knowledge of EMR to efficiently generate documents, schedule, confirm or cancel appointments, referral management, insurance authorizations, insurance verification
Accurately balances daily work and closes out batch
Effectively communicates with Providers regarding insurance/fee tickets
Effectively communicates with the patient regarding medical/vision insurance benefits
Orders/stocks supplies as needed
Scan/file as needed
Travel to satellite offices as needed
Performs routine GAP management of assigned Provider schedule
Other duties as assigned
