Job Description:

• Understands and integrates details of the business/operational  environment into legal and policy requirements
• Negotiates, reviews, and coordinates execution of contracts
• Monitors and manages the work of outside counsel
• Participates in discussions between departments and outside counsel regarding strategy
• Monitors statuses of corporate resolution and follows-up with affiliates
• Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret agreements
• Review and evaluate transactions with mergers, acquisitions, and/or joint ventures
• Other duties assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree OR
• Master’s Degree & 3 years of directly related experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree & 5 years of directly related experience OR
• Associate’s Degree & 8 years of directly related experience OR

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience at a law firm or in-house (includes 2 years in corporate law)
• Member of California Bar
• Bilingual in English/Korean
