Insurance Sales Representative
As Insurance Sales Representatives continue to drive growth to our locations we never lose sight of our commitment to put “the client” at the center of our attention.
You will be soliciting for new Property & Casualty insurance products from an established book of business and new prospects. This is an inside sales position, we’re looking for motivated, self-starters, who can work independently in order to build and service a book of business. Successful agents demonstrate the ability to multi-task, cross-sell, accurately quote insurance rates, and qualify prospects and service members.
Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling and lead databases.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and close sales.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests and sales requests within specified timeframe.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years prior sales experience preferred.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
