This position leads and manages a team of 30+? associates who work both inbound and outbound calls regarding our products.

Qualifications:
? Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center
? Experience managing associates in a fast-paced atmosphere
? Ability to evaluate and coach associates
? Strong work ethics
? Must have a professional appearance
? Fast learner with creative problem solving abilities
? Goal-oriented and team player
? Excellent communication skills
? MUST be proficient using the computer
