Coordinates and maintains primary and secondary insurance claim processing for high dollar claims. Follows-up with insurance companies, field patient inquiries, and manage accounts receivables to ensure that all claims are processed and paid in a timely manner. Responsible for assisting Patient Account Rep's with training and maintaining workflow.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br /><strong>Education Level</strong><br />High School Grad or Equivalent<br /><br /><strong>Experience</strong><br />Required: Billing – 2 years, Medical Terminology – 2 years<br /><br />Preferred: None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>License</strong><br />None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>Skills</strong><br />Required: Communication, Complex Problem Solving, Mathematics, Reading Comprehension, Service Orientation<br /><br />Preferred: None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>Other</strong><br />Cert Professional Coder preferred.
