Job Summary
Southwest Deli Group is seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as a Call Center Specialist. The primary duty of our Specialist is to assist customers wanting to place catering orders as well as maintaining our client data base.
Call Center Specialists Responsibilities & Duties
Answering the center’s phone, assisting guests wanting to place catering orders.
Obtain guests’ information, verify orders, pricing and other pertinent information.
Maintain the catering log data base by entering information.
Sells additional products by recognizing the opportunities to up sell orders
Reach out to current catering guests.
Contact restaurants if needed.
Secondary duties may include filing, assisting with mail outs, organization of files and other light duties as assigned.
