TeleQuality, an affiliate of Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA), is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our team.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing data analysis, administrative, and customer support.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist the ASM/CRM Manager and Sales Director by maintaining regular communication with all members of the sales team including missing, overdue, or new action items related to existing sales opportunities or customer issues.
Assist sales team in finding resolution to any barriers or issues.
Prepare sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
Perform data entry needs for leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, and existing customers.
Manages the “scraping” or lead identification and initial communication process, and passes along pertinent information to sales team
Actively manage and track assigned projects for key stakeholders; providing status updates for TeleQuality sales team; ultimately ensuring project milestones are met.
Collaborate with the internal teams to monitor active orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
Prepare and analyze data summaries for sales management.
Assist in problem resolution and proactively notify managers of urgent issues.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative, sales support experience. Candidate must be a self-starter, able to multitask and complete multiple projects in a timely manner, accurate in their work paying close attention to detail and have a propensity for output excellence.

In addition, candidates must have a working knowledge and experience using standard office suite solutions, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM tool(s).
